It appears that we’re right now getting our first real-world look at the N-Series, the BlackBerry X10. The leaked images were obtained by N4BB and all the photos seem to be on par with the last couple of supposedly leaked images. It not only show the front of the device but also the flipped over part. These are all direct signs that the QWERTY-enabled Blackberry models are coming.

The device in question is an evaluation unit and is not for sale or lease (see third shot). Since these are marked as “evaluation unit”, the images are definitely of next generation blackberry model. RIM, actually, works on multiple iterations of the device depending on market conditions, and some design features may be dropped between different versions. It is quite possible that these leaked parts will not get past beyond RIM Labs.

Bevy of images for upcoming BlackBerry 10 devices have already been leaked online in past, offering us a preview of what RIM will be hoping to sell by the end of January 2013.

The cracks in RIM armour will continue to leak with pictures of new BlackBerry X10 device surfacing everyday. We can’t wait to get our hands on the next generation device on Blackberry OS 10.0.

We’ll be keeping a sharp eye out for news on this one. What about you? Will you be grabbing the iPhone-esque BlackBerry Z10 or stay with QWERTY-enabled devices?

My friend works for a large firm and they were told that they were no longer permitted to have blackberries – the main reason was that the security hasn’t been update in long time. My BB is on it’s last legs and I desperately need a new smart phone – which do you recommend? @treetrout1

It depends on what kind of interface you love ? .. If you had been using BB which is closed stacked system , I would reccmnd Iphone only if you love spilling money :P
Else Windows phone 8 would be highly recommnded as its best feature is Social Networking ,which can come handy at times of tweeting/posting. And its bright user interface is completely unrivaled.
Android do has alot up its sleeve, It gives highly customizable user interface which might make you feel lost.(Im saying this because you come from BB or else this too is recmnded but its securtiy can be untrustworthy at times)

Syed what about iPhone-esque Blackberry model? BB fans shud give it a try before moving to iPhone or Android smartphones? What’s your opinion?

Yea Mike (you mean BB 10L series) ,thats really a fine choice but I was considering the smartphones which are available in the market :)
And plus I have never been a big fan of RIM.. >.<
Even BBM services are quite costly to enjoy :P
