How to Root Sony Xperia Z on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean

DooMLoRD, a recognized developer at XDA forums has managed to root Sony Xperia Z phone before it actually launches globally. In order to achieve the root access, developer used the ramdisk of CF-Auto-Root for the Nexus 4, modified it a bit for working on the Xperia Z.

How to Root Sony Xperia Z on Android 4.1.2
[pl_label type="info"]Step 1:[/pl_label] Reboot your device into bootloader
[pl_label type="info"]Step 2:[/pl_label] Flash my modded CF-Auto-Root Kernel,
fastboot flash boot Z_DooMLoRD_CF-Auto-Root-ported_FW-350.img
[pl_label type="info"]Step 3:[/pl_label] reboot from fastboot
fastboot reboot
[pl_label type="info"]Step 4:[/pl_label] The device will now start booting and u will get indication on screen saying (Device will reboot in 10 seconds)
[pl_label type="info"]Step 5:[/pl_label] after CF-Auto-Root reboots device once, disconnect USB cable and do hard power off (3 vibrations)
[pl_label type="info"]Step 6:[/pl_label] connect device in fastboot mode and flash stock kernel
fastboot flash boot Z_DooMLoRD_insecure_FW-350.img
[pl_label type="info"]Step 7:[/pl_label] now reboot device and the device will start booting into OS
fastboot reboot
[pl_label type="info"]Step 8:[/pl_label] you should now Download Busybox Installer from Market and install it at /system/xbin/
